The rooms offered stunning long-ranging views and were equipped with a convenient printer/photocopier, along with the added bonus of coffee and tea facilities. The service was top-notch, with professional and friendly staff, though there was a minor incident noticed during breakfast. The location was good, within Kuwait city, but the tight space and warm conditions due to the AC being off were slight drawbacks. Dining options were satisfactory but fell short in comparison to the hotel's standards. The facilities provided were adequate for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-equipped with great views. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially the breakfast team who were friendly and attentive. The location was a bit crowded to reach but being in the main stream area next to Sheraton was convenient. The dining experience was good, although it could have had more variety. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.

I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary facilities with a stunning view of the city from the 27th floor. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly and professional staff at the main restaurant. The location was very convenient for my business needs but a bit distant from restaurants.
